What we look for in a rooftop partner

Roof area: minimum 500 m² of usable roof space.
Roof type: flat roofs are preferred, but south-facing pitched roofs are also suitable.
Shading: minimal shading from nearby buildings, rooftop equipment, or vegetation.
Roof condition: good structural and waterproofing condition is preferred.
Location & Energy Profile
Location: Bavaria is preferred, but properties in other regions may also be considered.
Electricity consumption: businesses with high daytime electricity demand are preferred.
